Car magazine survey for dissertation

Apologies if this sort of thing is frowned upon. I am in my final year of a journalism degree and I am doing my dissertation on whether the internet and TV are killing off traditional car magazines. I have a very short survey (only 10 questions) which I would like my fellow petrolheads to fill in.
