Over the past few months i have been overtaken a couple of times on the way to work by a teenager in an escort driving like a bit of a tit.

I briefly considered reporting him to plod but knew they would probably of done nothing

Then this morning saw him parked in a field with lots of blue flashy lights.

You will note the car still has its roof and the paramedics were working on him a good distance from the car. Which leads me to belive a failure of the seatbelts

I wander if i was doing him a favour by not reporting his ttish driving.

Not quite Darwin, but near enough. I wouldn't lose any sleep over it.

Unfortunately, he will probably learn more from this experience than any "talking to" by the BiBs. Unfortunately this has learnt the hard way...

I dont expect that he would have taken any notice of a Police Officers wagging finger.
Hope he is OK that he can learn from his mistake.

Must admit I'm surprised at how well the driver's part of the car has held up? Perhaps mostly a case of no seatbelt?

tt or not, hope he's ok and learns from this.

That's one Escort that's past a T-Cut repair.

By letting him break his back?

Sadly any warning , (and lets face it Plod would be unlikely to spend the energy to look for said tt on someone elses say so), would probably have gone unheeded anyway.

Agree with the likelyhood of no seatbelt being used, there are plenty of little tts down here who think the law doesn't apply to them either.
