[Gary29]

Most probably been done before, but what is your favourite car from a movie?

I remember drooling over this as a kid when the film first came out, I give you the E24 from Inner Space:

the A team van
the "fall guys" pick up truck- I'd have a replica today if I was rich enough !
Knightrider car
General Lee.
The Ford Falcon ? interceptor from the first Mad Max

I also loved the bikes from CHiPs.

"It's $105,000 and this happens to be one of the fastest production cars on the planet. Zero to sixty in four seconds, sweetie. It's a limited edition."

"It's got a cop motor, a 440-cubic-inch plant. It's got cop tires, cop suspension, cop shocks. It's a model made before catalytic converters so it'll run good on regular gas.*"

The Elanor Mustang from Gone in Sixty Seconds. We had a replica as our wedding car. It was everything I expected and more. It was based on a genuine GT500. I bumped into the owner at a recent car show and he still has it. Currently insured for £100k!

Not many movies spring to mind, but these are usually the first screen cars I think of...

...and I want all of them. In fact an (DHC Sprint) Elan and a 308 are top of my Lottery Win List.

Ecto 1 from Ghostbusters, not a great car but the best motorised movie prop ever to my mind.
