I have done an indicated 70 once, probably nearer 60. Don't think I'll do it again laugh

Suppose the 80” is really the slowest of them.
But will still be faster than a normal 80”.

Disco despite a remap and upgraded intercooler isn’t really fast.
Freeby is the quickest but not really a high bar to compete with.

Is this a sign that we’re running low on inspiration for new threads…?

GMC Acadia Denali? 300BHP V6? It’s not that bad though? Could be a lot worse! Don’t they do the 2.5 I4 in the same SUV? An ex-colleague had a company Equinox with that engine and it was as close to ‘meh’ as you could possibly get!

I had a few pre-facelift Acadias (albeit with a Holden badge and the steering wheel on the right) and they were a really good, comfy cruiser - like driving a sofa.

However, in the FWD suffered from a serious lack of traction even with moderate throttle, and in the wet they were really bad.

I wouldn’t class them as slow though. Maybe we need a “moderately quick” thread for everything as well?

Technically former slow SUV as it’s gone to a new home. The fact my neighbour has bought a Discovery 4 two weeks after I sold mine isn’t helping the wish I hadn’t sold it feeling.

7 seats
1.2 3 cylinder auto (130bhp)
it's pretty slow 5 up and full loaded but for some reason still feels a little sprirly in the 0 to 20mph stakes. After that no chance smile

Not that slow to be fair, but not fast either - just very, very comfortable and easy.
