How do I tune my radio?
Discussion
Stupid question I know.
However, I've never tuned my radio and was wondering about a few of the more subtle elements...
1:
When you park the car is it best to leave the radio tuned to "AM or "FM"? Does using "LW" when you park chock the wheels more effectively than Medium or Short, or does it depend upon the wheel size?
2:
If you stop at traffic lights, etc., should you turn the volume down to save fuel? I have no idea if the volume knob will be worn excessively with the extra turning, especially in stop-start driving.
3:
If parking, should I activate auto-reverse even if the cassette is on a song I really like?

My issue is these modern newfangled digital radios which remove all user involvement, complete lack of feeing and emotion.
I miss the days where the radio experience was analogue.
As you clearly forgot you posted that just an hour before, you’re gonna have to resit your driving testI miss the days where the radio experience was analogue.
