International license exchange: how long?

Hey guys
We have a Ukrainian family staying with us, a mum and 2 kids.
The U.K. added Ukraine to the list of ‘exchange’ licenses a couple of weeks ago, although a manual Ukraine translates to an auto only U.K.
We did the appropriate paperwork and sent mums uK biometric Visa card off 10 days ago. Recorded delivery. Arrived next day. We’ve not heard a peep yet and I’m wondering if anyone here has any experiences of exchange an international license.
The license isn’t the main concern but the biometric Visa card is, she needs it back ideally for other purposes. Anyone any idea how long Swansea might take?

Bragging ref a Ferrari comes across as being a complete bellend. This guy is very much the opposite..

It was a number of years ago now so I'm not certain, but when my wife exchanged her (Bulgarian) licence for a UK one, I think the documents came back within a couple of days with the licence another week or so behind that.
Thanks! Should be due any day now then. Hope it comes soon so we can get her On Wife’s insurance.Mum is cycling to work in this heat so she’s certainly earning the chance to be given a break.
