Welsh 20mph zones
Discussion
Anyone notice that people seem to be ignoring all these 20mph zones that are springing up in Wales?
Although 20mph seems so slow, I religiously attempt to stick to 20, but am constantly finding people up my a***e and and on one ocassion, overtaken!
For those that don't visit Wales very often, be judicious and don't assume you're in a 30 zone!

It's worse than you think: https://www.change.org/p/stop-the-welsh-govt-impos...
The utter see you next tuesdays are attempting to make every 30mph limit into a 20mph limit.
I'm expecting it to be very unpopular and for the majority of people to ignore it.
In some London boroughs they've also adopted the 'blanket' thing where they apply it everywhere although they do have the difficulty of TFL roads running through every borough where they are often still 30mph. Point is however that a lot of people are ignoring the 20mph limits.
The idea is totally ridiculous given your average cyclist can get past 20mph fairly easily.
