94 RON unleaded?

Came across this stuff in Gloucester/towards Cotswolds. Was £1.62/litre and the garage was an independent (not a known chain).

I can't find any info online about 94 RON, anyone know what it's about? It's a recent sticker as it's marked E10.

They also had 4 star leaded on pump.

I think it was £1.99.9/litre, as their counter wouldn't go higher

i remember it for sale when i was a child but since driving i've not seen it for sale, seems like you can still sell it according to the aa

I brimmed my little Cee'd to see what happens. I imagine not a lot given a lot of the world runs on 93 RON!
