Looking at a car with mot until May 23.

Here are the 2 advisories:

Monitor and repair if necessary (advisories):
Offside Front Suspension arm ball joint has slight play (5.3.4 (a) (i))
Near side rear lamp damaged

Only first one seems like summin - what would the cost be of fixing this?

Also the car is a 2009/2010 Citroen C1 - says it's been safety recalled 6 times?!

Any help WLD be great

So it wants a suspension arm, depends if you do it yourself or pay a garage. Budget around £100 at a garage, personally I would leave it until the next mot or until it starts knocking.

New light cluster easy enough to find from a breakers. Should just screw in, plug in the harness and off you go.

A ball joint is not to much work for a decent garage. Couple of hundred at most.
