European Car Insurance for Right Hand Drive Cars

Good morning PH massive.
I am struggling to find reasonable car insurance for my right hand drive cars in Greece. Has anyone found a reliable way to insure their car in Europe long term? UK companies say they are unable to insure me after 3 months. I’d be grateful for any feedback if anyone has successfully insured their car for a reasonable price.
I expected to pay a higher premium, but I’m getting silly quotes of £4k for a new Defender…
