Hi all

Driving in France soon and I'm pretty sure the fuel situation is back to normal now, anyone been in the last week or so?

We're taking a petrol car.

I'm making my way back up from Italy and stopped at mont blanc through to Dijon and now I'm at riems . I haven't took the motorway as I'm not in a hurry but I've fuelled up a few times as I like to keep my tank topped up and haven't encountered any problems with no fuel and I'm in a diesel campervan. People were filling with petrol around me with no problems either. Petrol around 1.65 euros and diesel at 1.85

Cities seemed to have more dry pumps (Bordeaux / Bergerac) but all the Vinci autoroute fuel stations were fine

Is Total still a lot cheaper. They dropped their fuel prices by 20c per litre at the start of September when I was in Brittany and were due to drop it again by 10c per litre at the start of November.

The discounts are due to drop to 10c per litre on Tuesday. I haven't had any problems getting fuel in the Mayenne.
