Recently I drove my car to the approved dealer to do the annual services (which nearly the year end and I need to use it as I paid a monthly fee).
I just bought my car 2 months ago, and then the dealer crashed my car and bumper, bonnet, left rear pax door, left rear arch, probably both front wings are damaged, and of course who knows about the radiator & other elements. Also he hit 2 other vehicles on the road....

So what can I do? I think even they fix the body of the car, I still suspect there is outstanding issue to the engine or electronic which may appear a few weeks later... also such heavy damage on a car for just bought from them in 2 months...it sounds reasonable to ask them replace a new one for me?

It’s an insurance issue now , speak to your insurance company and let them sort it out.

More to the point why was it being driven on the road following a simple service? And how does one smash up all 4 corners of the car whilst taking out 2 others.

This, surely. If it's not a write off it'll be repaired, if it is then I'd expect the dealer to bend over backwards sourcing a replacement.

I called the insurance company, and the lady need to refer my case to her manager as she never saw such case before.
The manager told me that they will not create the claim as the driver in the dealership is not under my plan coverage and it should be the dealership's insurance issue.

Surely need to check why need to drove the car to the road for a service, 100% not my fault and 20k GBP bought a car from dealership for 2 months, and crash like this....

Had something similar to this happen to me some years ago. I took the car into the dealer for its first (Mandatory) service.
When I turned up later in the day to pick it up, it was nowhere to be seen at the dealer ship.
I asked where it was, and was told it was parked in a pub car park about 300 yards down the road. When I got to the vehicle, I discovered significant body damage at the rear of the car.
Needless to say, I was not very happy when I walked back to the Dealership and was mad even angrier by the service manager who said Oh yes! we noticed that and wanted to ask you if you would like us to repair it for you!!!
When I pointed out that it was the very same service manager who had done a vehicle walk around with me that very morning, to ensure there was no body damage before I left it there. The service manager did not know what answer to give.
The dealership manager, who by then had come out to see what the commotion was, realized his dealership had been caught lying and trying to get out of their responsibility, stated they would repair the car, and give me a courtesy car whilst mine was being repaired.
Needless to say, I never went back there, and told as many people as I could, never to go there. I went past there about eight months later, and the dealership was completely closed and empty. I could not say I was surprised.

If the dealer isn't playing ball I'd be searching for the UK director's email address and making them aware of the situation. Don't go in all guns blazing and threaten to let everyone on Twitter and in the media know etc., you'll look like a dick, but explaining the situation will get things moving.

The dealer will have group insurance and this is the policy which should be claimed against, not your personal policy.

You need to take this up with the dealership, nobody on here can sort it out for you.

The dealership have the responsibility for your car while it is in their care, they should have insurance to cover this situation.

OP get the car inspected so the dealer can't bluff you on the repair

if you bought it for £20k and the damage is as bad as you're saying its fairly likely to be written off.

Whether you get £20k back is another question however....

Spin on a residential road, front wing into rear wing of one parked car, continue spinning so front of yours now grinds into the parked car's doors, continue spinning so the driver's side of yours now smacks front wing of first parked car, which nicely lines up your driver's side rear wing to clip the rear wing of the next parked car. And so on. Ask me how I know.

We bought a Nissan car from a dealer, took it for it's first service and they forgot to refil it with oil before it's test drive and they tried to fob it off that the head gasket had gone, it was like it before despite signing off the full service and phoning us to pick it up... then they claimed it was the cat had disintegrated and sucked bits back into the engine. They quickly disposed of the engine when I had an AA engineer go to inspect the engine.

They fought tooth and nail over it - we had to take it to Nissan UK customer service who were amazed as it was all under warranty. It ended up with a brand new crate engine, clutch, full exhaust system...

Pretty normal for the car to be driven to check all's ok isn't it?
