Porsche 991 - Rear Cluster Failure

Hi All.

My 2013 Porsche 991 rear driver-side cluster is not working, all lights are out.

I removed the office cluster and plugged it in to the nearside position - it works perfectly, so it appears not to be a failed cluster!!

The problem maybe due to a wiring issue [unlikely] or the module that controls the cluster. Any idea of what the issue may be? Also the radio tuner has no volume.
