Car stuck for 4 weeks in recovery compound

Hi,

4 weeks ago my Gr Yaris got hit by some debris on M6 that popped a front tyre and cracked the lower bumper. The car was recovered through Aviva who use RAC who farmed it down to as local recovery in Birmingham. As it was fruday night they pup my car in a compound and taxi home for me.
Aviva have been unable to get the car car transported to the Toyota garage in Norwich, for 4 weeks! Issue seems to be general incompetence and long chain through Aviva and RAC.

I am hugely frustrated and not getting anywhere with maybe 5 commitments on s date that have all fallen through.

I have. I pained up the tree in Aviva and got nowhere.

Any advice?

I am tempted to try and recover it independently but this will be costly and then not sure if I can recover these without further pain…

Can't you go there, change the front wheel and drive it home yourself? Then claim your costs back.
