All your Motorsports, your complete set of Supercar Classics, your complete set of Practical Classics, all your motor club publications, everything, they all have to go.

Except one.

Which one?

Mine. Everything else has gone.

Not entirely sure why really as the Aston wasn't highly regarded by the writers, which I was miffed about.

Which would you keep?

The same one for me. As a kid my copy pretty much fell apart.

Similar era, too.

To clarify, when I said car magazine I meant any car magazine not just car.

Yeah, that made everything crystal clear.

Any magazine to do with cars.

You could have said that in the first place.

True.

The same issue was quoted recently in a PH thread. It gave me the idea.

I still have that very issue. Bought CAR sporadically in the eighties. But have subscribed since 1990. The garage attic is an archive to all copies!

I'd keep them all if I could, for the content and the occasion nostalgic perusal of the classified ads, but for the cover image it's this one...

Only have one and not had any other. Would love a 106 Rallye though if i could only have one from that list. Although, happy with the Clio 182 taking second place on that list.....always subjective of course as they're all great cars!

I have this 1963 issue of Autocar. Published the week before my 1963 mini was registered. Sits on the rear parcel shelf at car shows.

The covers of Custom Car magazine just take me straight back in time to my youth. The humour and general post-punk irreverence of it all really got me into ‘car culture’.

And before anyone gets all offended. Yes I know, but that’s how it was.
