How long might V55 registration take (with conformity cert)

I registered a Corvette I had with DVLA a couple of years ago and the wait (and DVLA mistakes) was pretty bad.

I need to change my aging Mk1 Fabia Estate and there are a number of 2017 1.4 TDI Estate's coming up at British Car Auctions all ex MOD. I think all are coming with a certificate of conformity.

Anyone any recent experience of DVLA waiting times now that covid shouldn't be affecting things?

Seems pretty good tbf. I've had docs back within circa 4 days and that's within the last couple of weeks.

I waited just over a month for a v5 for a car I purchased recently, so at the moment it is quite hit and miss. Especially with postal strikes on top.
