Is there a super-unleaded shortage?

Really struggling to get super unleaded at the moment. My local Shell station (nearest to Oulton Park) hasn't had any whenever I've visited in the last 6 weeks, including tonight, and my usual alternative Esso station hasn't any either? Is there a general shortage or have I just been incredibly unlucky?

I've had a fair bit of trouble getting SU at Sainsbury's or Morrisons for the last few times I've needed fuel, that's probably been the case on and off for the last couple of months.

No problem filling up with 99 Extreme at my local Tesco yesterday and only 150.9 ppl

I was thinking thst myself.
Then my local shell had some and I got stuck behind someone who didn’t know where the petrol flap release was, thrn his girlfriend happened to be in the car behind, and she couldn’t find it

At this point a few people were jostling for the one pump.
So I sauntered over and just press the fuel flap in and it popped out.

No problem getting Tesco Momentum 99 octane for some time now, 148.9p/litre today. They do regularly run out of Diesel though because they don't fill the tanks when they have deliveries, so seem to run out every 3 to 4 days.

I’m with you on that one. My local Tesco in Wiltshire seems to have plentiful petrol and 99 but diesel is on and off for months now.
In my town at least, last week of the 4 petrol stations none had diesel at all.

Not sure about SUL but there is a shortage of kerosene (heating oil) from stanlow/Manchester/Kingsbury, so assume if a refinery is short then it may affect all grades.

Trowbridge? that is my local and they have been on & off for diesel for a few weeks
