Fuel potentially contaminated with washer fluid concentrate

Had my Jeep serviced at a local dealer this afternoon. After the service, I went to fill up with petrol at the local garage. Couldn’t get much in, fuel pump kept clicking and cutting out. Got the tech out to look and he looked in the fuel filler. There was something blue in the pipe. Took it back to the dealer, but techs had gone home. They had no idea what it was, tried to get it out and it went in the tank. I went back to fill up and although it was better, I could only fill at half speed, so suspect it’s further down the pipe.

Figured out it was a washer fluid tab as those are on the service record and looking on Amazon, that’s exactly what it looked like in the pipe!

Now I’m concerned, if this goes into the now full fuel tank, what will the consequences be?

I will call the dealer Monday morning and won’t drive it again. Not sure if it will dissolve over the weekend and end up in the fuel.
