Hi All

My wife and I have Admiral multicar. She was hit by someone yesterday. They have admitted liability, and sent us their insurance company details.

We dont have courtesy car provision on our policy.

From a quick scan of previous posts, the advice is to either use an accident management claims company , or contact the other persons insurance direct.

Is that still the current advice ? Does anyone have any claims management companies that they would recommend ?

Thanks

Mehul

Yes, avoid AMCs like the plague if possible. You also won't get a choice of which one to use, they'll be foisted on you by the insurers, who just want to take your money and not deal with anything that might be remotely complicated.

Don't go near Auxillis - Admiral put me on to them and it was a painful, long st show. Like 18 month painful.

Refuse the CMC they try to get you to use is my advice.
