Car insurance/no claims bonus?
Discussion
Just had my renewal offer through, it’s up by £500!
We have three cars on it with Admiral. The car I’ve had by far the longest is my Evo which is now off the road for the foreseeable future. Is that the car that my 10+ years no claims will be associated with?
Of the other 3 cars the Corvette I’ve had 4 years…..does my 10+ years of driving with no claims now no longer exist and I’ve suddenly dropped to 4 because the Evo isn’t insured any more?
That’s the only reason I can imagine my offer is £500 higher?

You’ll find the NCD makes little difference other than to young drivers.
Admiral priced themselves out of my home insurance last autumn, 3 seperate police’s were a lot cheaper and better cover than even their revised offer.
Really? Didn't realise that, always assumed the NCB was a massive deal! Admiral priced themselves out of my home insurance last autumn, 3 seperate police’s were a lot cheaper and better cover than even their revised offer.
Guess Admiral are just doing what everyone else in the world is doing and hiking prices! Will shop around this week.
