We went for a short drive

Of course - we left Coeur d'Alene, Idaho and went to Lake Country in Canada. Lake Country is in the Okanagan region and close to Kelowna. A remarkably cool city and incredible scenery - tbh it was pretty spectacular for most of our route.
It was 270 miles there and about 300 miles back. It took us just under 7 hours there and 7.5 hours back. That included multiple stops for kids bathroom breaks, leg stretching, feeds etc. I think I could have done the outward journey well under 6 hours if I was doing it on my own.

Thank you. Appreciate it, sounds like a good trek. I find videos and like this so interesting, and then I love looking on google maps at the journey. So weird but I’m interested in geography like that. It was 270 miles there and about 300 miles back. It took us just under 7 hours there and 7.5 hours back.
