2004 Toyota RAV4 reversing camera not working

Is anyone able to help me fix my Toyota RAV4 reversing camera, 2004 mk 2 model.

I think it is just due to the wires between the reversing bulb and the reversing camera unit, the actual camera on the rear having been cut.

Since buying the car I have put a bulb in the reversing camera unit and both sides work when put into reverse.

However whenever I put the automatic gearbox into reverse the display inside the cabin shows as no signal.

Any help would be great thank you :-)

If the wires have been cut you could try re-connecting them?

I don't think Toyota's came with reversing cameras in 2004 so this will be an aftermarket set up. I'd check the wiring for damage or a loose connection.
