Hello all.
I am lucky enough to live in the new London outer ULEZ zone where every time I use my car I am able to hand over money to our lovely mayor.
However, I recently didn't use my car but the lovely mayor decided to take some money off me anyway.
Slightly confused, I queried this and was provided with some photos from TfL to prove that I had been driving my car.
Apologies for the poor quality photos but that's me obviously banged to rights!
(my car is an old Mitsubishi and not a tow truck)

The old Mitsubishi has been rather awkward recently. I am not sure I want a bag of Reveals - sounds a bit naughty. Maybe a Mars bar.
