Disappointing but we're going to be stuck in this growing pains area for a while.

1) Customers will only buy EVs when they feel comfortable they can charge them without too much cost or inconvenience
2) Charge Point Operators will only expect networks - which aren't cheap to do - when they see the growth in customer demand

This is the type of thing that central government is for - push the market in the direction needed.
