Any recommendations for a 1/2 cover for a cabrio roof? Wishing to keep the weather out whilst not trapping moisture.

Not sure what your roof actually is smile but I had one from Classic Additions which did the trick.

Now corrected. smile

They look, I take it no problem with chaffing from the securing straps?

No issues with chaffing although the left hand side one seemed “ tighter “ so just put a bit of old t shirt material under that bit.

I have a Cabrioshield for the Boxster - it’s excellent.

That does look a decent bit of kit, a shame it's only limited models. Looks similar to the offerings from Richbrook.

I've had one of these for a couple of years and its very good for breath-ability and keeping muck off/water out. Over time though the fabric has stretched and the elastic straps (as elastic normally does) have become overstretched. On a windy day it will lift and move as the wind inevitably gets under it. I ended up getting some soft rope which I tie over the front, wing mirror to wing mirror and over the back through the wheel spokes. You can also see where the straps have rubbed a little (joys of a black car) principally where the elastic joins the cover and where the two straps meet....all that aside though I will likely by another to replace it next year.
