Hpi shows finance for car but it’s a bike

hpi check on motorbike it showed finance, so rang the finance company it’s attached to a car. So then sat on phone to DVLA they said v5 matched vim number so they think it’s been an error by finance company . I rang back to VW uk Ltd finance company again they said we only do cars and were quite rude yet the finance is to the bike. How can it be resolved ?
