Insurance quotations for Audi A1

I know this question will have been done to death, but bare with me and be kind.
My wife is changing her car for a 2017 Audi A1 S Line 1.4 TFSI. Her current car (Fiesta), renewal has just arrived and as expected is nearly double. Have received a quote for her new car from AXA which is £407 (comprehensive), which in today's climate would seem to be reasonable. My question is, is AXA a reasonable company to deal with and reliable or are there horrendous stories out there. Her current car is with Saga who always have been excellent and competitive, but their quotations are now becoming expensive, although their cover is very good and comprehensive.
