number plate holders-are short ones avail?

got a 6 digit number plate on the car , i would prefer to use plate holders so no visible screws but the plate is a shorter than standard , is there any available for such a thing or ones that lend themselves to a trim?

Just stick the plate directly to the bumper with gorilla tape, screws aren't necessary
