So, for anyone who's been following my reader's ride thread will know but VERY long story short...I had an issue with water leaking into my headlights, instead of getting new ones (as a BMW indy recommended) someone pointed me in the direction of KYCS, who could refurbish them and offer warranty.
Whilst the lights were out I went all-in, and they upgraded the projectors, bulbs etc and replaced a few other bits to refurbish the lights (new lens covers, access covers etc). I also had a full suspension rebuild at the time and had issues with the self levelling system that nobody could seem to figure out.
Took the car to KYCS who quickly ruled the headlights themselves out (by plugging in another set of lights and checking) but found the issue that 3 other garages couldn't seem to. I've finally got the car back and the lights are seriously impressive, really bright, crisp etc but they set it up so they won't dazzle other drivers like many cars seem to.
It's a very long story but these guys went above and beyond what I expected. Brilliant communication (often sending me messaged late into the evening) etc.
People are quick to criticise companies and write bad reviews, but some times people deserve to be given some credit and an audience, these guys do.
So if you need ANY work to your headlights, be that upgrades, resealing or just about anything, I would heartily recommend them!
