Cat B

Hi,
Does anyone know the rules about exporting Cat B?
I have a scooter that I have owned for 5 years.
It was written off Cat B in Dec 23.
I've sold all the parts and have the frame left.
Someone in Bulgaria wants to buy the frame.
Am I allowed to sell it?

No reason you can't as long as the buyer knows there is no V5 available for it.
