What targa car did I see?

Was In Zurich last weekend and saw what looked like a shrunken Porsche 911 targa driving around. It looked like a concept show car that had escaped from a car show.

I didn't have time to get a picture but it looked great.

It looked brand new and the wheels looked almost comically big for the size of car.

Maybe 20" wheels on a car one size smaller than a 911. But one size bigger than a Smart coupe/roadster.

What did I see? Any ideas?

PGO Cervennes? Not sure they do a targa though, just a soft top cabriolet.

Nope. None of the above. Some nice trys.

It was like a squashed, brand new 911 targa but the wheels stayed the same size.

I like to think I know my cars but did not know this.

Their website says they do, also says now made at Goodwood UK rather than France where pH says they started
