What did I see today? XPP#1 ?

Driving down the IDR in Reading today towards the M4 at c1pm I came up open an blue open roadster, full width flyscreen, very old school in its looks, verical stalk mounted rectangular mirrors on the front wings, modern steering wheel and clocks but open rear engine deck with what I think was a V8 set of trumpets on show.

The only markings I think I could make out was XPP#1 on the door.

Closest from a looks perspective I could find was a Mclaren Elva similar to below but with flatter doortops, anyone any idea? Looked and sounded epic, driver in a full face black helmet.

Lovely looking thing!

I was thinking GD T70 Spyder too, quite similar looking but that N1A is a bit sleeker.
