No claims bonus

I've 3 cars, all with the same ins company, one has a protected NCB. How does that in the event of a claim?

In the event of a claim on the car with protected bonus, the bonus on that car will not be effected. Neither will the bonuses on the other 2 as you haven't claimed on those cars. But there are two possible increases in play when you make a claim, loss of bonus and a loading for having a worse claims record. The latter will still be a factor on all 3 cars.
