I realised yesterday that I have one. It is the MFG Shell on Huntingdon Street in Nottingham.
Always immaculately clean, the gloves and paper are always topped up, the staff are in uniform, the service is swift and polite. Also the pumps are far enough apart that cars can open their doors comfortably.
Not so long ago they would fuel your car for you.
