Hi guys
wanted to find out is it normal for my insurance to ask me to contact the other insurance for a settlement figure, ?
I have had a on going claim with esure flex, it took veygo part of admiral to admit libialty after 2 months, I was looking for my insurance to ask them for a settlement figure, but they are telling me I have to contact the other drivers insurance myself for that?

sadly this is what happens when you take out a policy online, you are left to do all the chasing hence i use a broker, pay more but they do all the chasing.
