How to use fuel fast?

The quickest legal way is to drive it at 70 on a motorway. Having it not in top gear will further increase fuel use, though place the engine under stress potentially. Other strategies such as cycles of hard braking and rapid acceleration would increase fuel use but is not advisable on public roads
Surprised nobody has suggested throwing a lit match into the fuel tank yet
Seriously though, if the car can be driven on the roads, the most fun way is to go for a sprited drive for a few hours. Even something normally fairly efficient wouldn't do much more than a couple of hundred miles pushed really hard on some windy b-roads.
Another option would be to transfer it into another car (or a couple of jerry cans for later use in the mower) with a pump.
If you don't have the equipment available and a 4 hour brisk drive isn't an option, you could contact one of those companies who rescue the people who put petrol in their diesel tank. They would charge for disposal, but it would then just be one phone call to organise so minimal effort on your part.
