How long does finance take to show as settled?

Hi all, just sold my car this morning to a dealer via carwow. Had some finance on it which they agreed to settle and also received some equity aswel. They sent me the proof that they've made the payments, my online bank account shows the positive equity that they've paid but my finance account with blackhorse says the amount is still there. I'm aware as they've just made the payment an hour ago as of writing this post so it may take a while to update, how long does it normally take for the finance to show as cleared on blackhorse account?

From personal experience, usually takes 3-5 days for the finance company to process the funds & credit the customers account, even when proof of payment it known/received.
