All joking aside, if it were me I'd start with the local franchised dealer. Manufacturer warranties seem to be better than third party after market.

Volvo Selekt manufacturer approved warranty at £900pa, or don't bother.

Independent warranties might be cheaper, but are known to have too many get out clauses, and generally considered a waste of money.
