Can anyone point me to a simple iPhone app for keeping track of MOT dates / service dates / insurance etc for half a dozen or so cars?

I’d previously used something called iPetrolhead which was fairly basic, stored the info for each car, let you upload a pic and registration details etc and sent a notification when you got close to the various dates.

Having upgraded my phone the app hasn’t transferred and isn’t available any longer in the App Store. frown

I use Vehicle Smart on my Android phone, don't know if it's available on iPhones.

Government will send you reminders if you set it up for your MOT.

Do you mean it found those details from the reg plate, or you had to add the dates manually.

If manually then why not just use your calendar app? I have all my property and car details as reoccurring events, and set the notifications based on the type (MOT/Service a months notice, Service 1 week etc)

Vehicle Smart here. I think a PHer owns (owned?) it.

Thanks for the Vehicle Smart recommendation.

That seems exactly like I was needing and will let me put the paper, pencil and post-it notes back in the drawer.

If it’s a PHer involvement I’ll not be a Grinch and pay for the full access. thumbup

Me too. It's ace to keep track of the vehicular fleet and is handy to have to quickly look at mot history on cars...
