My question would be,

There was no oil in it. That must have thrown a light on the dash? If so, why has he carried on driving it?

Urban modifications to the vehicle? Remapped or equivalent performancettweaks, giving them wiggle room?

Story doesn't add up.

No one who owns a used car dealership would say this.

"There's something on the engine, obviously there's a hole somewhere and all the oil's come out. There was oil all over the bottom of the car."

The guy sounds barely literate if that's a direct transcript.

Do LR even warrant modifications by Urban?

Wonder how he'd treat one of his customers who came to him in a similar scenario.

The dealer stuff will all be the usual nonsense they try - they wouldn’t have fixed the car if true.

From the article it appears the vehicle wasn’t serviced on time?

Not relevant, but Urban hurl
