Bicester Heritage site fire

Bicester heritage site is on fire. Apparently one of the hangers. Hopefully no precious vehicles lost… also hope it doesn’t cancel the PH event in August

Looks to be the hangar that was opposite the one the annual service used. Wasn’t that car storage?

It's not Historit, it's Hangar 79. Most of the time it's fairly empty I believe other than the odd few bits and mainly some trailers. But it looks like a huge fire. Hopefully not spreading.

Just across from the in-laws, someone said there was F40s and other Ferraris in the hanger, don’t how true that is though

Looking at the site plan I’d agree it’s Hangar 79, which the plan says is the Brooklands Museum Trust.

I was under the impression Hangar 79 was empty at the last Scamble I attended.

Definitely not empty. Used as general storage for the whole site.
