63 reg 208 1.6vti it was hit by a driver that lost control on a bend (going to bloody fast and or in an phone probably).
It was parked and got hit on drivers side egr back passenger was broke off at the hub. The drivers wheel has been knocked in at the top and egr bumper is broken especially inside at the mounts.
It should really go to scrap it think.
Won't let me put photos on.

Is it not just an insurance claim on the other driver?

I would expect them to write it off based on the description, though.

Any photos?

It should go to the scrap yard really, i can't get photos on.
I am not claiming even a non fault as the last time I did around 12 years ago my insurance went up. It will probably get scrapped as it already is a cat s.

Don't know but won't go on but I honestly think it should get scrapped now. It drove good too, automatic gearbox was a bit faulty but was about to get new solenoids and an oil flush.

What it annoying is that it is an automatic and 1.6vti...I can't find another.

You might still need to declare on your next renewal, depending on the wording in the declaration.

You wouldn't be claiming off your insurance it would be off theirs.

Are you proposed letting another driver drive in to you, wreck your car and you do nothing and get left substantially out of pocket?

This same thing happened years ago and mine still went up. It was already a cat s so will probably get scrapped.

Did you exchange any details or was is a hit and run?

If the other driver puts a claim in and he has your details is there any way your insurance company will find out about it?

It's scrapped doesn't matter.
