V5 dates issue

Hey,
Wondering if anyone can help me out regarding info on a V5. I am trying to import a car to Ireland but am having an issue with getting the paperwork done.
I have been told there is an issue with the dates on the v5. The date the vehicle was acquired on as per the front page states 24/02/2025 & the date on the second page under selling or transferring my vehicle is the 28/04/2025 (under the official use only section) which from what I can see is the date the last v5 was issued.
Can anyone shed any light on the discrepancy? Is it possible the original v5 was misplaced and this second date is the date of reissue?
Any guidance would be much appreciated.
