Anyone heard from Big Al?
Discussion
Hi folks, its a long time since I was last here! I'm posting to ask (as per thread title), has anyone been in contact with Big Al recently? I have tried getting hold of him on WhatsApp, (his preferred method of communication) but not had a reply, and I see he hasn't posted since 9th. May. He's an old friend from the 'amateur' days of PH, and I'm getting a bit worried about him.
Any information gratefully received. I'm glad to see PH is still alive and kicking - God how I miss my TVRs!

Thanks for that - its what I expected. He sent me all his medical stuff last year so I could interpret it him, so I'm not surprised. Bless him, he was a real gent.https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&...

I'm good thanks, the yellow peril has long since departed! I do miss my TVR's though and I'm still hankering after a nice Griffith to keep forever at some point!
Your Tamora was a sensational colour, giallo fly yellow wasn't it? It's hard to get TVR out of your system but getting stranded on the autobahn because the electrical connector fell off the fuel pump was a frustrating experience. Anyway, glad you're well, and very sad that Al is no longer with us. Forums | General Gassing | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
