It very much depends on how you want to do it.
3 Day ticket with dedicated grand stand seats are about £300.00, best bought direct from the Spa website.
Then its camping / hotel / B&B, whatevers your preference.
Ferry and drive, plane, train, coach.
I went 2008 with my two sons, Ferry Hull - Holland, drove & camped at a local camp site.
With food, travel, booze etc cost me about £2000.00 for the lot.
But that said Silverstone's a £1500 - £2000.00 weekend with 2 long haired students in tow.

For Spa, I've always found tickets a few days before hand (and cheap crossing etc) so it might be worth leaving it until last minute (can't be responsible if it doesn't work!!).
Never been to Spa for the F1 because each time it doesn't work out! Oh well - maybe one day!!
