Audi S4 vs BMW 335i ?

Something that just occured to me because I always wondered why BMW had no equivalent to Audi's "S" range but how far off each other in real world performance are these cars?

S4 with 333bhp and 335i with 306bhp?

Is there much more to an S4 that goes beyond what the M-Sport kit does to a BMW?

I know it's an S5 in this video, but it's quite similar performance wise to the S4 if I remember right.

Audi = quattro

BMW = RWD

Big different on the twisty bits

from what i've gathered watching numerous reviews, both may be similar performance, but if it's thrills in the twisties the BMW is the better buy, though the Audi may be slightly quicker in a straight line (albeit it not by much)
