FUEL PRICE THREADS JUST GETTING RIDICULOUS

hes about how bad the fuel prices are. We all know this but rather than making lifestyle changes if we can't afford it we prefer to clog up online forums with cut n paste bks like this.
One way to fight back is to join the block on use of motoring websites, Pistonheads, Boringdieselstbox.co.uk etc and try and use Moneysaving expert with that martin lewis or however he spells his name. This will hit the decent websites hard if it is a sustained project for say a week or even better a month. There is something happening on 1st April and this could be the starting date.
Need to get all the forums united on anything to do with boring, pointless fuel price threads as it has to be a national thing. Every thread needs to be about fuel prices, preferably with some half arsed idea about how to make them lower that cannot possibly make any difference whatsoever.

THEY ALL COME FROM THE SAME POST REFINERY. Why don't we all draft a list of all people who are considering doing something about it, and create a petition to prevent further people all talking about the same old st that we don't appear to control and therefore aren't able to change?
It only takes a few minutes to find a number of threads all on the same topic, with people discussing the same 5 minute brain farts they had on their lunch break without thinking of the logistics of such a brain fart. Yes, many agree that we are being ripped off, but there is very little that we can do about it at this point in time.
Plus, circumstances in Japan/New Zealand/Australia puts our society in perspective a little more. Our moaning about the price of petrol is worthless in comparison to people who have lost everything, so actually, me paying £1.30+ per litre at the pumps is the least of my worries at the moment.

I'm off to get some wolves nipple chips - BTW - anyone seen the price of those recently, it's disgusting, new thread rant time...
Why don't we all convert our cars to run on old oil from chip shops, then eat loads more chips. I'm a Glaswegian and as such of course eat enough chips daily to fuel a small fleet of 15 year old diesel VW passats.
I'm even thinking of changing the injectors so that I've a choice of ketchup, brown sauce or vinegar flavoured fumes from the tailpipe.
