Old new cars, or new old cars?

Got me wondering what other older cars are still being manufactured for foreign markets which could be imported for novelty value.

I had seen the VW campers that Danbury Motors ship over from Brazil but wondered if there were any other interesting motors around.

I'm not stuck in the past, just not willing to move on without a fight.

Is the 504 not still made in Kenya? I think they were still churning them out in 2005, bloody expensive though(~£20k). Practical Classics did an article about it IIRC.

Aren't the original VW camper vans still being sold in brazil? (according to fifth gear) Some enthusiasts go to the lengths of getting them imported. More character then the current one

..And they look a bit wrong anyway as they're water-cooled.

Enterprising people have made a replacement radiator in the shape of a spare tyre. Looks pretty good. Also they can now maintain 60mph which is a bonus.
