Am I being too honest?

Hope I'm not breaking any advertising rules by doing this as I don't think the advert isn't showing yet, nor have I made a link to the advert.
I'm not used to selling cars, (sold 1, bought 5) and need to get rid of some of them now so would like to know whether I am giving too much away or if my honesty will actually help sell the car (as people always seem to think)

Hi and welcome to my advert. For sale is my corsa 1.6 sport. I have owned the car for aproximately 2 years. When I bought it it came with no service history so I changed the cambelt, plugs and gave it an oil change (as well as further oil changes since) and it hasn't missed a beat.

I always try and be honest on the advert (including all good and bad stuff) for various reasons. Means my conscience is clear, and it means they've got less room for trying to bust me down on the price as I've priced according to the description!
Seems fine to me.

Think I may well change the lights, The exhaust really doesn't sound any louder than normal and the exit is the standard size don't have the original exhaust as it was broken at the flange to the backbox. Apart from the cringe inducing intro I think the main problem is the vehicle you're trying to sell. Although it's always a good idea to proof read one's advert I don't think the demographic a car of this nature appeals to would be able to discern a problem. You may even need to go down a notch or two. More 'txt' speak, false BHP claims and some pasty trollop draped over the bonnet.

You are missing a few details and i wouldnt sell it like it was a story!
Make, Model, Year.
State that it has no history but you have done a cambelt service.
Mileage.
Mot and Tax.
Equipment.
Condition inside and out.
Wether it runs ok with no untoward noises.
Price.
As said, return it to standard and get the bumper either painted or find a white one, i personally wouldnt mention about the bump leading to not needing to mention the replacement parts. Give it a mega clean, inside and out, doorshuts and make sure everything works properly.

Priced at £750 onoIf they ask the questions, answer them honestly, but don't put people off by listing them in the advert, once people get there they can see the car is in good nick but has had these issues, rather than assuming these are the issues you are admitting to and that it will actually be even worse!
