Van hire near Glasgow at 20 years old?

I need a van for the day.
Hertz will give me a Vauxhall Combo or similar for a young driver surcharge of £15.75/day which is fine. Only problem is they want twice the amount for rental in Glasgow than in Livingston (~50 mi away) which is ridiculous. I doubt I'd be able to park my car at their compound overnight?
Anyone know of any other hire companies that will rent a 20 year old a similar sized van?
